Terms of Use

Guests are requested to read and agree to these Terms of Use before using the property.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.


Article 1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Use apply to all guests staying at or using the property.

Article 2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Please contact us in advance if you require arrangements outside of these hours.

Article 3. Accommodation Fees and Payment
Accommodation fees shall be the amount displayed at the time of booking.

Payment methods are subject to the policies and procedures of the booking platform used.

Article 4. Registered Guests Only
Only guests registered at the time of booking may use the property.

Additional unregistered guests are not permitted. If additional guests are found staying without prior approval, extra charges may apply.

Article 5. Use of the Property
This property is a traditional Japanese house that is over 130 years old.

To help preserve the building, the following actions are prohibited:

Damaging the building, furniture, fixtures, or equipment intentionally or through negligence
Attaching nails, screws, tape, posters, or other items to walls, pillars, doors, or fixtures
Improper use of fire or heating equipment
Excessive noise or disturbances that may inconvenience neighbors
Any dangerous activities on the premises
Article 6. Noise Policy
The property is located in a residential neighborhood.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

If complaints are received from neighbors, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.

Article 7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Please use designated smoking areas if provided.

Littering cigarette butts is prohibited.

Article 8. Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.

Article 9. Damage to Property and Equipment
Guests may be charged for repair or replacement costs if property, furniture, equipment, or amenities are damaged, stained, or lost.

Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs during your stay.

Article 10. Lost Property
Lost items will be kept for a reasonable period of time.

Items not claimed within the storage period may be disposed of.

If you would like lost items shipped to you, shipping costs will be charged to the recipient.

Article 11. Limitation of Liability
The property shall not be liable for:

Accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from a guest’s own negligence
Theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings and valuables
Damages caused by natural disasters, power outages, internet or communication failures
Disputes between guests or between guests and third parties
Article 12. Refusal or Termination of Use
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay in the following cases:

Violation of these Terms of Use
Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests or neighboring residents
Any situation that interferes with the safe or proper operation of the property
Article 13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
